The problem
Dispatchers planned cross-border runs on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Drivers lost signal at the Causeway checkpoints, so proof of delivery arrived hours late or not at all.
What we built
A web console for dispatch and route planning, and an Android driver app that queues every scan, photo and signature offline and syncs when the truck is back on network.
