How we work

Start from the work, not the model

We pick one task people do by hand every day, such as keying in invoices or answering the same questions, and look at how it is done today before adding AI.

A person checks what AI is unsure of

Every result goes through a check. Anything that fails it, or that the system is unsure of, waits in a review queue with the source document alongside, so nothing is posted on a guess.

Answers that cite their source

Assistants answer from your documents and link to the page they used. If the answer is not in your documents, they say so rather than guessing.

Your data, your accounts

Models run through accounts in your company’s name where possible, such as Azure OpenAI or the Claude API, and the pipelines, prompts and test sets are handed over with the code.

AI Integration: common questions

What is the difference between AI integration and a custom AI MVP?

An AI MVP is a new product built around AI. AI integration adds AI to the systems and workflows you already run, such as reading invoices into your ERP or answering customers on WhatsApp.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use enterprise model APIs whose terms exclude training on customer data, run them through accounts in your company’s name where possible, and mask personal data the task does not need.

What do you need from us to start?

A sample of real documents or conversations, with personal data masked, and time with the people who do the work today. That is enough to tell you what can be automated reliably and what still needs a person.

Do we own the source code?

Yes. At handover you receive the source code, documentation and admin access. Ownership is 100% yours from the first commit.

Who will we talk to?

The technical lead responsible for the work, with a reply within 24 hours. There is no account-manager relay, and we sign an NDA on request.
