A 4-week sprint, from first call to the app stores.

For SMEs in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Melayu. You work directly with the technical lead throughout.

  1. Week 1

    Listen, understand & prototype

We frame the work around the problems to solve rather than a list of features, and deliver a clickable prototype to test on real phones by the end of the week.

  2. Week 2–3

    Core build

We build the core features and integrations on your real data, with a demo on a staging link every week.

  3. Week 4

    Live production & handover

We deploy to production and hand over the source code, documentation and admin access.

How we work

Offline first, where it matters

Drivers, inspectors and store staff often work without signal. Their apps queue every scan, photo and signature and sync when the device is back online.

One codebase, two stores

Flutter or React Native gives you iOS and Android from one codebase, so features reach both platforms at once and there is one app to maintain.

Tested with the people who use it

We test the main flow with real users in week 1, on the devices they already carry, before building it out.

Released under your accounts

Apps are published under your own App Store and Play Store accounts, and you receive the source code, signing keys and documentation.

Mobile App Development: common questions

Native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform (Flutter or React Native) suits most business apps and keeps one codebase. We recommend native code when an app depends heavily on device hardware, and we say so in week 1.

Can the app work without internet?

Yes. Offline-first apps store work on the device and sync when they are back online. We have built them for drivers, plant inspectors and store staff.

Do we own the source code?

Yes. At handover you receive the source code, documentation and admin access. Ownership is 100% yours from the first commit.

Who will we talk to?

The technical lead responsible for the work, with a reply within 24 hours. There is no account-manager relay, and we sign an NDA on request.
