Payment Integration · Custom Store
A 4-week sprint, from first call to first order.
For SMEs in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Melayu. You work directly with the technical lead throughout.
- Week 1
Listen, understand & prototype
We frame the work around the problems to solve rather than a list of features, and deliver a clickable store and checkout to test with customers by the end of the week.
- Week 2–3
Core build
We build the core features and integrations on your real data, with a demo on a staging link every week.
- Week 4
Live production & handover
We deploy to production and hand over the source code, documentation and admin access.
How we work
A checkout with fewer steps
We test the checkout with real customers in week 1 and remove every field and screen that is not needed to take the payment.
Payments your customers use
Cards, bank transfers and e-wallets through gateways such as Stripe and Xendit, set up for each market you sell in.
Stock that matches
Web, app and stores read from one stock layer, so a sold-out item is sold out everywhere and click-and-collect orders reserve the right unit.
Run by your team
Products, prices, promotions and orders are managed from an admin built around your workflow, so day-to-day changes do not need a developer.

Start a project →Ecommerce Development: common questions
Can the store connect to our ERP or POS?
Yes. Orders, stock and customer records sync with your ERP or POS, so finance and the warehouse work from the same numbers as the store.
Do you use an ecommerce platform or build from scratch?
Either. A hosted platform is the better choice when it covers your needs. A custom build makes sense when your pricing, stock or member rules do not fit one. We explain the trade-off in week 1.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. At handover you receive the source code, documentation and admin access. Ownership is 100% yours from the first commit.
Who will we talk to?
The technical lead responsible for the work, with a reply within 24 hours. There is no account-manager relay, and we sign an NDA on request.
